Call Popups

When the Call Popups or the Call Tags feature is used / enabled user will receive a pop-up window with the relevant data

Call Tagging

Depending on the options configured on the customer page. The user will receive a prompt to assign call-tags to the inbound call.

Assigning a tag

  • Click the call-tag When clicking a call tag the assignment is made. When successful the tag is highlighted.

Unassigning a tag

  • Click the call-tag When clicking a highlighted call tag the assignment is un-done. When successful the tag is no longer highlighted.
