View the troubleshooting topics below to diagnose issues with the client.
The client logs it’s activity to a logfile in the user’s data.
Go to %AppData%\voipcube\logs
The logs are stored on the user’s appdata profile.
View the Log Open the dated log files to view the logs.
MacOS
Go to /Users/{user}/Library/Logs/VoIPcube
The logs are stored on the users library folder
View the Log Open the dated log files to view the logs.
Logs are deleted automatically after 14 days
When starting the client from the command line you can view more detailed logs, including troubleshooting info about the OAuth2.0 authentication mechanism.
Find the VoIPcube installation folder and launch a command line / terminal.
Start the client by running VoIPcube.exe
Windows: %AppData%\voipcube
MacOS: /Users/{user}/Library/Application Support/voipcube
