To use the VoIPcube Client, the client must first be signed in.
The first step to signing in to the VoIPcube Client is to enter a valid license key and your internal number.
A license key can be obtained from the VoIPcube Portal under the corresponding “Customer”. Communicate the key to the end-user.
With the license key entered, press “Validate” to check if your key is valid and navigate to the next screen.
The internal number must be registered with VoIPcube before it can be used by the VoIPcube Client.
Once both fields are filled in you can sign-in by clicking 'submit', you will then be taken to the main application screen.
In case the One Time Password feature is enabled for the customer an OTP will be requested and sent to the email address associated with the internal number.
For this feature to work email addresses should assigned in your PBX for the internal numbers, VoIPcube will then reflect those addresses in the 'users' tab on the customer page.
You should receive an email with a 6-digit OTP.
You can then enter that 6-digit OTP in the client to complete the sign-in process.
