Configure your client or reset it.

Minimize on focus loss

Automatically minimize the client when the active window changes.

When minimized, the client will only be accessible on the taskbar. In some cases, this may not be immediately visible. Look for the up-arrow to open your client.

Pop-up always on top

Toggle if received pop-up notifications are forced to be in front of all other windows, even when focus is lost.

Remember pop-up window size

When a call pop-up is opened, open it with the size it had when it got closed before.

Minimize pop-up when call is not answered

If you miss a call or declined it, the call window will minimize if not yet interacted with.

Default tags

When receiving a call, it’s possible to apply tags. Some tags may be set by default; this can be configured using the Portal or through the Client application’s settings. If the feature is enabled, call tags can be assigned.

Language

Choose the display language for VoIPcube client.

Delete notifications

Delete notifications after the configured time. (See “Client Notifications”)

Maximum number of pop-up windows

Define how many pop-up windows may be open at any given time. The client will automatically close the oldest popup window if this limit is reached. This does not include sign-in windows required by an integration.

Set a status when device is locked

Enable this setting to automatically set your user status to a status of your choice when locking your device. Any status can be set.

Enable this setting to automatically set your user status to a status of your choice when locking your device. Any status can be set.

Allow this device to execute local HTTPS requests

This option is enabled by default. If you disable this option then this device will no longer execute any local HTTPS queries from the platform. Use this setting in combination with multiple connected clients to manage on which device integrations are performed.

Allow this device to execute commands

This option is enabled by default. If you disable this option then this device will no longer execute and commands on this device. Use this setting in combination with multiple connected clients to manage on which device integrations are performed.

Allow this device to respond to OAuth2.0 requests

This option is enabled by default. If you disable this option then this device will no longer respond to any OAuth2.0 queries from the platform. Use this setting in combination with multiple connected clients to manage on which device integrations are performed.

Allow this device to respond to pop-ups

This options is enabled by default. If you disable the option then the client on the given device will no longer respond to call pop-ups. Call journey, and call tagging events remain unaffected.
