If enabled a call history icon is visible in the Apps section of the navigation bar.
Clicking this button opens the call history window
This page allows you to view historic call details. You can only view calls in which the logged in extension has participated.
Use the filters at the top of the screen to search for calls. The filters can be combined to narrow your search:
When click a call you can view extra details including the assigned tags, the call journey and the audio recording (if enabled)
